Shipping Policy We Deliver Across Europe – Free & Fast! All orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Netherlands: 3–7 business days
- UK: 6–10 business days
- Europe: 6–10 business days
Customs & Duties: For orders shipping outside the Netherlands, please be aware that any customs duties and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. If customs payment is refused and your order is returned to Veloura, you will receive a refund once the order is tracked as "Returned to Sender," minus 15% of the order value to cover shipping and handling fees. The customer is responsible for managing the release of parcels from customs. Veloura holds no responsibility in customs related matters.
Any order destroyed by customs is subject to a 50% refund.
Missed Delivery & Incorrect Addresses: Veloura covers initial shipping costs. However, if a delivery is missed, an incorrect address is provided, or a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, your refund will be processed minus the incurred shipping costs. If you'd like your order resent, additional shipping fees will apply.
